Murat Çorap A.Ş. operates two modern production facilities located in Istanbul and Eskişehir, with a total enclosed area of 15,000 m². Equipped with the latest technology, both factories ensure the highest standards in every stage of the production process. Our fully integrated system allows us to deliver quality, efficiency, and flexibility to meet the unique needs of each customer.
KNITTING
Our facilities are equipped with advanced electronic sock knitting machines that enable us to produce a wide variety of designs and styles. Every machine is monitored by skilled technicians, while our quality control team oversees each stage to guarantee flawless results.
TOE SEAMING
For maximum comfort and a seamless finish, we use next-generation toe seaming machines. This process eliminates discomfort caused by bulky seams and ensures smooth, long-lasting wear.
YARN WAREHOUSE
We maintain a large and well-organized yarn warehouse, stocked with a wide variety of yarns in different compositions and colors. Our smart inventory system ensures fast access to materials, supporting continuous production and consistent quality.
IRONING
Socks are shaped using advanced steam ironing machines that give them their final form and appearance. This process not only ensures a perfect fit but also enhances the overall look and quality of each pair.
QUALITY CONTROL
